What types of roles do you advertise?

We successfully advertise for the majority of role functions within the shipping, freight, logistics & supply chain profession – from entry level through to senior management. These include Freight Forwarders, Traffic Planners, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinators, through to warehouse staff. Admin & accounting functions are also very popular. Our online advertising packages are not so well suited to sales / business development roles or director level positions.

 

Do you write the advert for me?

We believe the job advert is one of the most powerful tools in talent acquisition, and as we are experts in writing job adverts having been doing it for almost 20 years, with all of our packages, we will write you a full compelling bespoke advert from scratch & forward to you, for your approval before posting

 

How long does my role appear live for on the job boards?

This depends on the individual job board. With the majority of the job boards we use, your role will be live for 6 weeks, a couple only appear for a maximum of 4 weeks, but certainly no less.

 

How do I receive my job applications?

We’ll give you access to your very own company branded, candidate dashboard, where you can review & manage all applications from – all in one place. You can set up interviews, email candidates, make notes & politely reject candidates (in bulk) 24/7, and on any device connected to the internet. How much does it cost?

Our Recruit Direct package is just £399, and our full eRecruit package that includes shortlisting & proactive candidate sourcing / approaching is just £749.

 

Are there any hiring fees or additional costs?

Absolutely not. Plus, you can hire as many candidates as you wish from a campaign, at no extra cost.

 

Do you offer discounts?

No – unless we have a special offer running, which we do from time to time. If you wish to purchase a number of packages at the same time, we can offer a bulk discount – please ask.

 

How do I pay?

Once we have posted your job advert & it appears live, we will email you our invoice and ask you you to make payment either by BACS or online transfer within 7 days.

 

How do I contact the applicants?

All applicants will appear in your candidate dashboard as soon as they apply. All CVs will be exactly as the candidate has submitted, containing all contact details – so you are free to liaise with all applicants as and when you wish to set up interviews & ultimately make a hire.

 

Do you get to see the applicants first?

No. All applications will appear in your candidate dashboard in real time – so as soon as they apply, you’ll see them. We can of course login & view applications etc… as and when you need us to, to monitor performance / application levels.

 

Can I keep applicants’ details for future roles?

Yes – as long as you maintain GDPR compliance, you can keep applications for any future roles that may arise within your company, so you can start creating your own talent pools.

 

How long does it take for my advert to go live?

If you submit your job before 3pm (Monday to Friday), in most cases we can get your job live and starting to receive applications the same day. If submitted after 3pm, we’ll certainly ensure your job goes live the next working day.

 

Can you help with shortlisting, setting up interviews and managing the offer process?
